Refund policy

90-Day Money Back Guarantee

Your dog has a unique history and set of physiological circumstances. As such, we recognize that no matter how good we know the Wild Biome system or ancillary solutions to be, they may simply not work for your dog at this time.


If that's the case, we will refund the amount spent on products you ordered within the first 90 days of initial purchase, minus shipping. The refund amount will cover any fees you have paid for the product up until the date you request the refund. Refunds will be pro-rated based on 30-day billing cycles from the start of your subscription.

For example:

  • If you request a refund within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund for that initial 30-day cycle.
  • If you request a refund on day 45 of your subscription, you will receive a refund for the two 30-day cycles you had paid for at that point.
  • If you request a refund on day 90 or on day 145, you will receive a refund for the first three 30-day cycles you had paid for.

Our nutritionists may ask some questions, but only to figure out whether we can do better, and to further avoid having such a failure occur with future customers. Send an email to care@wildbiome.dog request a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for your purchase.

We're trying to be very generous with our refund policy, so please don't let the fear that our system may not work keep you from trying it out! 

 

Return Policy

Because we don't get a lot of returns, we do not include a return label in each package. If you have unused product that you'd like to return in line with our refund policy, send an email to care@wildbiome.dog requesting such a return label, and we will send it to you along with instructions on how and where to send your package
