At Wild Biome, we take great care to ensure your dog’s gut-healing tools arrive safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

🚛 Shipping Options & Cost

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
  • Priority Shipping (2–3 business days)

Standard shipping is free, priority is extra.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and USPS delivery volume.

🇺🇸 Where We Ship

We currently ship to all U.S. states, territories, and P.O. boxes. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

🔁 Subscription Orders

If you're subscribed to Wild Biome, your products will ship automatically each month based on your initial order date. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal.

📦 Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, reach out to us at care@wildbiome.com within 7 days. We’ll do our best to track it down. If needed, we’ll send a replacement right away to keep your Yeast Detox on track.

If the original package later turns up, we’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can send it back at no cost.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Wild Biome is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
