These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wild Biome website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.wildbiome.dog (the “Site”), and any purchases you make from us.

By visiting the Site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our other policies posted on the Site, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

6) Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss

Shipping timelines shown on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, you agree to contact the carrier and us promptly so we can help investigate.

7) Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8) Subscriptions and recurring billing

You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel a subscription through your customer account portal. Cancellation applies to future charges; previously processed orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

17) Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WILD BIOME’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT(S) OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve disputes informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute, you agree that any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. The “Last updated” date will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

22) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

23) Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our posted policies (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Wild Biome regarding use of the Site and purchases.
